Modelling and Experiment of an Adjustable Device Combining an Inerter and a Damper

چکیده
In an effort to solve the issue of unadjustable damping skyhook inertance suspension, a new adjustable device combining inerter and damper that aims simultaneously adjust was proposed. This article proposes near practical mathematical model such device, is found be equivalent parallel connection damper. A prototype made, its inertial forces are separated through quasi-static dynamic mechanical character tests. The validity theoretical models verified comparison between test simulation results with maximum error 4.96% for 6.28% model, which lays foundation subsequent studies on regular patterns as well applications in semi-active ISD suspensions. addition, simplifies into one reduces layout space cost, great engineering application value.
